Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787, recognizing all who are born in the U.S. or by naturalization, have become citizens.

WCC will observe Constitution Day a few days earlier.  We are happy to have Gerald Goad as our guest speaker.

Gerald isn't only a WCC alum, he is also a former WCC employee. 

Gerald graduated from WCC in 2006.  He transferred to Virginia Tech and graduated in 2008.  Gerald started work at WCC in 2009 and left us in 2015 when he was elected as the Clerk of Circuit Court for Carroll County.
