Apply for Scholarships
The Summer/Fall 2025-Spring 2026 Scholarship Application is now available.
Please complete the scholarship application, here.
This scholarship application is for ALL scholarships offered through Wytheville Community College (WCC), including the Wythe-Bland Foundation Scholarship, Twin County Community Foundation Scholarship, Smyth County Promise Scholarship, Forging Futures Scholarship, and all private scholarships.
Private Scholarships for the Fall 2025 semester award letters have been emailed to the school email and personal email students submitted on the application. Recipient Agreement and thank you letter must be submitted online to accept the scholarship. The email will be from Amanda Pauley, Scholarship Program Manager.
If needed for tuition, the Business Office will be notified of scholarship amount and student will be responsible for any outstanding balance.
If needed for textbooks, students will be able to use their scholarships online or in the WCC Bookstore between August 18, 2025 and September 10, 2025.
If there is a balance remaining on the scholarship, students will receive a balance check in the mail with the addressed used on the scholarship application in late October if they are in good standing and still enrolled at Wytheville Community College.
Grant scholarships for tuition (Wythe-Bland Foundation Scholarship, Twin County Community Foundation Scholarship, Smyth County Promise Scholarship, and Forging Futures Scholarship) are processed as students enroll if they have a scholarship application on file. They have different processing requirements. You must have a completed FAFSA and financial aid file to qualify. If you are missing items, you will have received an email from Amanda Pauley, Scholarship Program Manager with details.
The Wythe-Bland Foundation Scholarship, Twin County Community Foundation Scholarship, Smyth County Promise Scholarship, and Forging Futures Scholarship are processed as you enroll each semester and are based on a completed current FAFSA and Financial Aid file.
Receiving a Fall 2025 semester scholarship does NOT ensure you will receive a scholarship for the Spring 2026 semester. The scholarship application transfers to the Spring 2026 semester from the Summer/Fall 2025 semesters only.
Priority deadline for the Fall 2025 semester was April 1, 2025.
