Presents topics in power, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, systems of equations, trigonometry, trigonometric applications, including Law of Sines and Cosines, and an introduction to conics.  Prerequisite:  Competency in MTE 1-9 as demonstrated through placement or unit completion or equivalent or Corequisite:  MCR 7:  Learning Support for Precalculus w/ Trig.  Lecture 5 hours per week.  Credit will not be awarded for both MTH 167:  Precalculus w/ Trig and 161/162:  Precalculus I and II, or equivalent.
