Please use this form to submit a complaint, grade appeal, or student grievance at WCC. A complaint is a dispute between a student and a faculty or staff member regarding grades, assignments, attendance, classroom procedures, program requirements, or other services. Before submitting, please attempt to resolve the issue informally with the involved party. Formal grievances should only be submitted if informal resolution has failed. Complete all sections accurately; missing information may delay processing.
