To train students for entry-level positions requiring skills in installing, troubleshooting, and HVAC program blends “leading edge” HVACR theory with a large amount of practical, “hands on” experiences for the purpose of developing confident, professional HVACR technicians/installers. All classes completed for this certificate serve as building blocks for higher level certificates and a degree in HVAC.
The program trains students to enter the workforce as an entry-level maintenance technicians, with no prior experience necessary to enroll.
Admission to the Career Studies Certificate program is based upon the general requirements for admission to the college.
This CSC HVAC I may be applied toward an AAS in Technical Studies related to HVAC.
