Wytheville Community College offers over 250 private scholarships for students enrolled at WCC.
The following scholarships are privately funded through The Wytheville Community College Educational Foundation, Inc. and The Wytheville Community College Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Students must complete an application form online and complete the FAFSA to be eligible to receive any of these awards. Unless otherwise specified in the description, students must have a minimum 2.0-grade point average to receive a scholarship award.

Wytheville Community College offers three last dollar “gap” tuition only grant scholarships through partnerships with the Wythe-Bland Foundation, the Twin County Community Foundation, and the Smyth County Community Foundation to provide full tuition scholarships for all qualified recent high school graduates in all counties of the WCC service region. These scholarships are awarded after all other scholarships, financial aid, and grants are awarded if needed. The scholarship covers 5 of 6 semesters at WCC that immediately starts after their high school graduation before timing out of eligibility for the program.

Wytheville Community College also offers the Forging Futures Scholarship through the partnership with the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission. This grant funded tuition only scholarship provides tuition assistance to qualified students in the WCC service region who are enrolled in STEM-H programs.
