Hello, I'm Dean Sprinkle, president of Wytheville Community College.   Whether you are a new or returning student I'd like to welcome you to WCC. We find ourselves in unusual times with unique challenges but with opportunities as well. I commend you for moving forward with furthering your education and preparing for the future. Whether you are new to WCC or a returning student please know that WCC's faculty and staff are here for you. They're working hard to provide the best education and support services available and to do so in a safe environment. We have a tremendous amount of faculty expertise in the delivery of online instruction and we offer online support such as tutoring and opportunities for zoom meetings with advisors and counselors. For those of you who are in programs that do require face-to-face instruction such as welding, machining, health, and other in-person programs, for your sake, and for your fellow students, our faculty, and our staff for everyone's safety we are following CDC guidelines. These are unusual  times but be assured that WCC is here for you. If you have questions or concerns I encourage you to reach out to our caring faculty and staff. We are here for you.
